The Pension Systems support group provides application support to the Public Employee's Retirement Fund (PERF) and the Teacher's Retirement Fund (TRF).  Each agency has a complex system that is used to track a variety of employment and retirement events for their members. This would include all work history from enrollment to retirement or end of service for a covered position, tracking of all contributions and interest postings, retirement application processing, and the actual distribution of appropriate retirement benefits.

Members and their employers are also starting to receive increased web functionality.  For members this includes the ability to update items such as address and beneficiary information, and access to planning calculators. Members may also modify investment options as well as view their quarterly statements.  Employers are also receiving the benefits of extended web capabilities for the posting of wage and contribution information.

Services provided by IOT Pension Systems to PERF and TRF include application development, new release planning and deployment, testing, database design and support, server configuration and operational support of online capabilities and batch series.
