Kevin is a graduate of Purdue University, (B.A. 1990), and a graduate of Valparaiso University Law School (J.D. 1993). Kevin came to Hartford City, Indiana and practiced law with Ervin, Barry and Basey. In November, 1998, he was elected Prosecuting Attorney for the 71^st Judicial Circuit (Blackford County). Kevin continues to serve as Prosecuting Attorney for Blackford County in a full time capacity.
