Owen County Prosecutor - Benjamin Kim

In March 2023, Benjamin C. Kim was selected to succeed Don VanDerMoere after Prosecutor VanDerMoere's selection to fill the vacancy in Owen Circuit Court No. 1.  Mr. Kim had been serving as the Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney prior to March 2023.
