Confessions handbook (2011): A 70+-page outline to be used as a starting point in litigating the Fifth, Sixth and Fourteenth Amendment issues in cases involving confessions. Examples of state and federal case law and possible arguments are provided for assistance in beginning research, and a chart demonstrating the application and overlap of constitutional protections. Updated every two years.

Indiana Criminal Jury Instructions (2008): Over 250 instructions, divided into 15 chapters, along with appendices containing motions and discussions of reasonable doubt, use of snitches, jury nullification and more.
Immigration consequences of criminal convictions (2007): Due to recent changes in immigration law and an increasing number of immigrant clients in Indiana’s criminal courts, IPDC has published this pamphlet to provide some direction on what the immigration consequences are in relation to criminal convictions for non-citizen clients. The Indiana Supreme Court has held that in some circumstances, failure to advise of consequences of deportation can constitute deficient performance. Segura v. State, 749 N.E.2d 496 (Ind. 2001).
Indiana Defender (monthly): Newsletter containing practice-oriented articles, trial aids, and information on criminal law, procedure and advocacy, including review and analysis of recent U.S. Supreme Court and Indiana appellate court decisions; review of legislation affecting criminal law; and a list of training events.
Juvenile delinquency, 4th edition (2009): Covers the latest legislative changes, home detention and speedy trial rights; DOC placement matrix; making arguments for jury trials; a time line of critical dates;statutory and constitutional rights of juveniles; practice pointers; search and seizure law. Along with information on juvenile precedent and procedures, the new edition also includes sample motions for juvenile court cases, as well as contact information for organizations providing information and assistance in the area of juvenile law .
