These classes are certified courses through APCO. A book must be purchased from APCO before attending. When ordering, indicate that Vivian Nowaczewski is the instructor for the course. The class is free of charge. (The only cost is the book.) Students who come to class without a new book purchased from APCO will be turned away. All classes start at 8:30 a.m. and will end at 4:30 p.m.  PST1 or a Basic Communications Course is required to attend a CTO Course.  A letter from your agency will be required or a copy of a certificate of completion from a Basic Telecommunications Course will be required when registering for the CTO course.

Helping Those Who Call 911

IPSC Training Center, 8468 E. 21st St. Indianapolis, IN 46219 This course is designed to refresh dispatching skills and use of EMD Call cards. This course will have a limit of 16 seats so reserve early. Notify by email of any cancellations so that requests can be re-assigned.

These are continuing education classes for dispatchers. Classes are 6 hours each and are free of charge.
