Homeschool Educator Open House

October 7, 2008

12 - 3 p.m.

Free for educators

The museum offers homeschooling families and groups a special opportunity to learn about programs for the 2008-2009 school year.

Homeschool educators and students are invited to learn how the museum can enhance their curriculum. Participate in activities that highlight student programs available throughout the year while exploring the museum and its treasures. See demonstrators and performers who make Indiana’s past come alive. You’ll receive resources including lesson plans new for 2008 to help you continue your study of Indiana. With pre-registration, educators may bring a guest or their families – additional adults are just $5.50, children are $1, and children 2 and younger are free.

To register or for more information, please call 317.232.1637.

Indiana State University basketball player Larry Bird was named NCAA Player of the Year in 1979.
