Arrival and Parking

Arrival
Please arrive on time. The museum cannot guarantee implementation of any scheduled programs if you arrive late. Please note that refunds will not be issued due to late arrival.

Car Parking
If you purchase a ticket to the Indiana State Museum or the IMAX Theater, your parking rate will be $3.*  Just show your parking stub at the museum's ticket counter when purchasing tickets and our guest services representatives will validate your parking ticket for the $3 rate.

*This rate applies to most special event days, including Colts games.

Bus Arrival Procedures and Parking
Students and chaperones are to remain on the bus until greeted by a Guest Services Agent. The contact person will be directed to the Guest Services ticket counter for check-in. If you have a lunch reservation, a cart will be available for your lunches. Students and chaperones will be escorted downstairs to the INDIANA obelisk (sculpture) to wait for your contact person. Buses will be directed to the nearest free bus parking.

Lake Wawasee is the largest natural lake contained completely within Indiana.
