Cancellation Policy

Deposits for all educational opportunities are non–refundable unless cancellation is made seven days before the scheduled visit. ft_crowdlobby.jpg

All paid public programs are subject to cancellation if a minimum enrollment is not met.

In the event of a cancellation of a public program, a full refund will be issued and every effort will be made to contact participants at least 24 hours in advance.

We will not charge for programs cancelled due to acts of nature that cancel school (i.e., snow days).

Note: IMAX Theater has a separate cancellation policy.

Approximately 2,000 fugitive slaves were sheltered at Levi Coffin’s home in Newport (Fountain City) between 1827 and 1847.
