About Faces

Every face has a story and those stories have shaped our world.

Indiana's Faces shares our state's stories through photographs submitted by Hoosiers across the state, nation and even around the world. Some of our bldg_ext_front.jpgphotos date to the 1800s; others are recent, taken only a few months ago. Yet all of them contribute a piece of Indiana history.

When you submit a photo to the Indiana's Faces exhibit, you can view your photo - and lots of others - in the museum and on the museum's website. The search feature allows you to quickly find the specific photos you're looking for - both in the museum and online - or you can just browse. Plus, the interactive kiosk in the museum continuously displays your photo and hundreds of others for visitors to enjoy.

Submit your photo along with a one-time, tax-deductible $100 contribution to the Indiana State Museum Foundation and your photo will become a part of the Indiana's Faces exhibit at the museum and on our website.
