Q: What admission discounts does the museum offer?

A: The museum offers the following discounts:

  • The first Tuesday of every month is Community Tuesday.  Museum admission is half price on Community Tuesdays but this discount is not valid on holidays.
  • Groups of 20 or more qualify for a group rate.  Please call 317.232.1637 for more information or to arrange a visit for your group.
  • AAA members receive $1off general admission.
  • Educators receive complimentary admission to the museum galleries with their school identification card.
  • Members of the Indiana State Museum receive free admission to the museum galleries (additional fees may apply for special exhibits and special events).
