The Water/Sewer Division monitors and evaluates regulatory policy initiatives as well as water utility performance for reliability and service quality. Cases investigated by this division fall into several categories including:

For Consumers

  • List of 30-day filings
    • 30-day filings announce to the public actions taken by utilities outside the context of a general rate case. These filings allow utilities to request changes to their rates, charges, rules or regulations. Within the allotted 30-day period, any person or entity that has an objection to the filing can submit an objection in writing to the Commission.
