IURC Video Services Survey 2006-2010
The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) is required to provide the Indiana General Assembly with timely information on communications issues. In particular, the IURC has a statutory mandate to report, as part of the 2010 Report to the Regulatory Flexibility Committee, on the deployment of video service and infrastructure build-outs in Indiana that occurred from July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2010. (P.L. 27-2006, Section 64.) Video Service Providers that offered service in Indiana MSAs under a local franchise and/or initiated/completed infrastructure build-out(s) under either local or state-issued franchise during this time period must complete this survey.
