The IURC monitors the rates, charges, rules and regulations of most electric, steam, natural gas, water, and sewer utilities operating within the state of Indiana. The Commission also oversees natural gas pipeline safety and restructuring of the electric and natural gas industries, as well as some aspects of Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) service.
