Telecom Reports

Each year the Commission fulfills its legislative mandate by preparing and reporting to the Regulatory Flexibility Committee of the Indiana General Assembly the status of the telephone and energy utility industries throughout the state of Indiana.

Telephone reports examine issues, such as, local exchange competition, wireless and broadband services as they affect Indiana's telecommunications industry.
