Local Rules and Other Documents

All Indiana counties are required to have local court rules, some of which must be approved by the Indiana Supreme Court (See Indiana Trial Rule 81 for more information). View Orders Amending Local Rules.

This county has proposed changes to their local rules for Special Judge Selection. Comments to the proposed local rules may be made in writing, beginning on November 27, 2012 and will close on December 24, 2012. Supreme Court approval is required.

The Supreme Court approved these proposed local rules on August 16, 2012 and will be effective January 1, 2013.

This county has been approved by the Division of State Court Administration to post court records to the Internet according to Trial Rule 77.
