Notice: The hourly rate for death penalty cases is $113 as of January 1, 2013

Requests for Reimbursement in non-capital cases must be received by the Commission not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of the calendar quarter in which they were incurred.

2012 and 2013 Quarterly Requests for Reimbursement due dates:

  • 3rd Quarter 2012 due November 14, 2012
  • 4th Quarter 2012 due February 14, 2013
  • 1st Quarter 2013 due May 15, 2013
  • 2nd Quarter 2013 due August 14, 2013 
  • 3rd Quarter 2013 due November 14, 2013
  • 4th Quarter 2013 due February 14, 2014
