Court Services manages payroll and benefit programs for approximately seven hundred state trial court judges, prosecuting attorneys, and other judicial officials paid with state funds. Payroll is processed through 2 funds totaling   approximately $ 83,000,000. Court Services also processes and pays in excess of 1,600 claims for special and senior judge service each year. Court Services also manages a total of 21 funds covering a variety of Supreme Court projects with a total budget of $127,000,000.

In addition to processing payroll and managing fiscal accounts, Court Services educates judicial officers about benefits and conducts open enrollment for benefits during specified periods each year.

Court Services provides legal resources to the Supreme Court by providing orders appointing senior and special judges.

Tom Carusillo is the Director of the Court Services division. Wendy Kihiu is responsible for administering the fiscal accounts. Valerie Brooks is in charge of payroll and benefits administration.
