Overview

Requests for bulk data pursuant to Administrative Rule 9(F) must be sent to the Division of State Court Administration for initial handling. The Division has developed a User Agreement that requestors must execute prior to being authorized to receive bulk data. Once all requirements of Administrative Rule 9(F) have been met, including the complete execution of the User Agreement, the Division provides authorization for the requestor to work with individual courts/clerks to obtain information within the scope of their request. Individual courts/clerks may charge reasonable costs associated with the time and/or materials necessary to fulfill the bulk data request. Individual courts/clerks may also be unable to provide bulk data resulting from current technical limitations or staffing limitations.

This web page will be updated with the status of bulk data requests as the Division processes them.

Once the User Agreement is executed and the requestor has received authorization to begin obtaining bulk data from individual courts/clerks, more details about the nature of each request will be posted on this web page.
