Please submit your application fee for admission on foreign licenses as follows:

1. One certified check or money order for $250 made payable to the National Conference of Bar Examiners.
2. One certified check or money order for $550 made payable to the Indiana State Board of Law Examiners.

Send both checks with the application to the State Board of Law Examiners. Both checks must be certified checks, cashier’s checks or money orders. Personal checks are not acceptable.

The total fee for admission for a Business Counsel License is $800. If you are eligible for a refund, one-half of the $800 fee ($400) will be refunded to you. This amount ($400) will be refunded to you by return of your $250 check to the National Conference of Bar Examiners and by the issuing of a check payable to you for $150 for a total refund of $400.

The annual renewal fee for the Business Counsel License is $50.00
