Admission and Discipline Rule 27 governs the formation of legal Professional Corporations (PC’s), Limited Liability Companies (LLC’s) and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP’s).

The Indiana State Board of Law Examiners is charged with the responsibility of overseeing the formation, renewal and compliance of all legal PC’s, LLC’s and LLP’s.

Within the Board of Law Examiners there are three Board Members who serve on the PC, LLC and LLP committee. This committee addresses issues regarding all aspects of these business organizations. Board member, Cynthia Gillard currently serves as the chair of the PC committee.
