Special Courts Committee

 

Purpose

The Special Courts Committee monitors developments concerning misdemeanors, traffic, and small claims. This committee works with judges who possess small claims and misdemeanors jurisdiction. The committee also reviews, revises and approves for publication the City and Town Court Manual; the Traffic, Misdemeanor, and Small Claims Benchbook; and the Small Claims Litigant Manual. This committee meets quarterly.
