Annual Reports of the Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications and the Judicial Nominating Commission are available for download in Adobe PDF format. Select from the list below to choose a report. The reports provide statistical information about the Commissions' annual activities, including statistics on judicial disciplinary complaints. You may read examples of dismissed complaints and complaints dismissed with private cautions, public Commission Admonitions, and Supreme Court Judicial Disciplinary cases.

The Indiana Constitution divides state government into three branches: the Legislative, the Executive and the Judicial. The Constitution provides that the Judicial power of the State is vested in a Supreme Court, a Court of Appeals, Circuit Courts and such other courts as the General Assembly may establish.
