9:30 a.m.-- STATE OF INDIANA V. GORDON V. MCCRANEY

Gordon McCraney was convicted of murder in the perpetration of a robbery. His conviction was affirmed on appeal. McCraney v. State, 425 N.E.

2d 151 (Ind. 1981                                                                ).  In a post-conviction proceeding in the Lake Superior Court,
McCraney's conviction was set aside.
                                                         
                                                                                 The Court of Appeals reversed and remanded with instructions to reinstate
