ORDER APPOINTING SENIOR JUDGE

The Judge of the Harrison Superior Court requested the appointment of Senior Judge Robert T. Hublar for service in that court for the remainder of the 2003 calendar year, pursuant to Ind.Code §33-4-8-1.

We now find that the Harrison Superior Court had a weighted caseload statistic of 1.23 during 2002, which warrants the appointment of a senior judge.  We find further that the Honorable Robert T. Hublar has been certified for senior judge service by the Judicial Qualifications Commission effective as of August 16, 2003.  Having exceeded the minimum caseload requirement during 2002, we find that the appointment of Senior Judge Hublar is appropriate until December 31, 2003. 

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Honorable Robert T. Hublar is appointed as a senior judge in the Harrison Superior Court beginning August 16, 2003, through December 31, 2003.  Pursuant to Ind.Code §33-4-8-5, the Honorable Robert T. Hublar may not be compensated as senior judge for more than one hundred (100) days in the aggregate during this calendar year.

The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward a certified copy of this order to the Honorable Roger D. Davis, Judge of the Harrison Superior Court; to the Honorable Robert T. Hublar; to the clerk of the Harrison Superior Court for entry in the Record of Judgments and Orders; to the Indiana Judicial Center; and to the Division of State Court Administration, Payroll Section.
