ORDER APPOINTING SENIOR JUDGE

The Judge of the Howard Superior Court 1 requested the appointment of Senior Judge Lisa Traylor Wolff for service in that court for the remainder of the 2003 calendar year, pursuant to Ind.Code §33-4-8-1.

We now find that the Howard Superior Court 1 had a weighted caseload statistic of 2.54 during 2002, which warrants the appointment of a senior judge.  We find further that the Honorable Lisa Traylor Wolff has been certified for senior judge service by the Judicial Qualifications Commission.  Having exceeded the minimum caseload requirement during 2002, we find that the appointment of Senior Judge Wolff is appropriate until December 31, 2003. 

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Honorable Lisa Traylor Wolff is appointed as a senior judge in the Howard Superior Court 1 effective from the date of this order through December 31, 2003.  Pursuant to Ind.Code §33-4-8-5, the Honorable Lisa Traylor Wolff may not be compensated as senior judge for more than one hundred (100) days in the aggregate during this calendar year.

The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward a certified copy of this order to the Honorable Michael Krebes, Judge of the Howard Superior Court 1; to the Honorable Lisa Traylor Wolff; to the clerk of the Howard Superior Court for entry in the Record of Judgments and Orders; to the Indiana Judicial Center; and to the Division of State Court Administration, Payroll Section.
