ORDER APPOINTING SPECIAL JUDGE

      Comes now the Honorable John A. Westhafer, Judge of the Decatur Circuit Court, and certifies this cause to the Court for appointment of a special judge.

      And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that, a special judge should be appointed to hear this matter in the Decatur Circuit Court pursuant to Ind.Trial Rule 79.

      IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Honorable Jonathan W. Webster is appointed as special judge to hear this matter in the Decatur Circuit Court. This order vests jurisdiction in Judge Webster. Pursuant to Ind.Trial Rule 79(K), an oath of office is not required.

      The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the Hon. Jonathan W. Webster, Jennings Circuit Court, P.O. Box 386, Vernon, IN 47282-0386; to the Hon. John A. Westhafer, Decatur Circuit Court, 150 Courthouse Square, Suite 6, Greensburg, IN 47240-2089; and to the Clerk of the Decatur Circuit Court.

      The Clerk of the Decatur Circuit Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to all parties of record in the case below.
