ORDER REMANDING JURISDICTION TO TRIAL COURT

      Comes now the Hon. William G. Sleva, Special Judge, and pursuant to Ind.Trial Rule 79, certifies this matter here for the appointment of a special judge.

      And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that jurisdiction of this matter should be remanded to the Monroe Circuit Court, Div. 7 and Special Judge William G. Sleva for the appointment of a special judge pursuant to local rule.

      IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that jurisdiction of this matter should be remanded to the Monroe Circuit Court, Div. 7 and Special Judge Sleva for the appointment of a special judge pursuant to local rule.

      The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the Hon. William G. Sleva, Lawrence Superior Court, 1420 I Street, Bedford, IN 47421-3334, and to the Clerk of the Monroe Circuit Court, Div. 7.

      The Clerk of the Monroe Circuit Court, Div. 7 is directed to forward notice of this Order to all parties of record in the case below.
