ORDER APPOINTING SPECIAL JUDGE

            Comes now the Hon. James Redwine, Judge of the Posey Circuit Court and, pursuant to Ind.Trial Rule 60.5, certifies this case to this Court for appointment of a special judge.

            And this Court, being duly advised, now finds that a special judge should be appointed to hear this mandate action in the Posey Circuit Court.

            IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the request for appointment of a special judge pursuant to T.R. 60.5 is hereby granted.  Accordingly, the Hon. Dean Sobecki, Judge of the Daviess Superior Court, is appointed as special judge in this matter in the Posey Circuit Court.  Judge Sobecki is directed to qualify within seven (7) days of receipt of notice of this appointment.

            The clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the Hon. James Redwine, Judge of the Posey Circuit Court; to the Hon. Dean Sobecki, Judge of the Daviess Superior Court; and to the clerk of the Posey Circuit Court.

            The clerk of the Posey Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to all parties of record in the case below.
