I am very excited to serve the citizens of Blackford and Grant Counties in the Indiana House of Representatives. We have made great progress for District 31 — attracting jobs, improving education and significantly lowering property taxes on homesteads. But there are more challenges before us, including creating an honestly balanced two-year state budget and moving permanent property tax caps one step closer to being included in the Indiana Constitution.
