State Library staff is available during regular business hours to answer your questions via e-mail, live chat or phone. Questions may be sent 24/7 via e-mail.

  • If you do not receive confirmation within one hour, please resubmit your question or call 866-683-0008;
  • Questions will be answered within two business days;
