OED is partnerwith with the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (MEEA) and several Indiana utilities - Citizens Energy Group, Duke Energy, Indianapolis Power & Light, Hoosier Energy, NIPSCO, Wabash Valley Power and Vectren - to offer a nationally recognized training program to certify Indiana building operators as efficiency experts.
