Federal Procurement

Procurement generally refers to goods and services purchased by the federal government from individuals and businesses. Such purchases represent a major source of federal funds flowing back into the State of Indiana. Finding ways for the federal government to "Buy Hoosier" can provide expansion opportunities for Indiana businesses and entrepreneurial opportunities for Indiana residents. Federal Electronic Posting Service
The Federal Electronic Posting Service is the single electronic procurement site for all federal agencies and should be the first place to look for basic information on federal procurement opportunities.

Defense Logistics Agency
Defense related procurement information, which represents a significant portion of all procurement opportunities.

Commerce Business Daily
A comprehensive listing of federal procurement and contracting opportunities still is in place, but they encourage everyone to link back to the "FedBizOpps" site.

Federal Procurement Data System
The Federal Procurement Data System is the official statistical data base on procurement contract transactions.

AcqNet is a complete listing of procurement opportunities listed by agency with specific agency contacts.

Central Contracting Registration
The Central Contracting Registration is a resource that federal contractors must interact with at some time.
