Kingsbury Water & Sewer Rate Cases (IURC Cause Nos. 43296-U, 43297-U)
On January 16, 2008, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) issued orders in the Kingsbury Utility Corporation water and sewer rate cases. The utility serves nearly 100 customers in LaPorte County. The water rate case is pending before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) as Cause No. 43297-U, with the sewer rate case pending as Cause No. 43296-U.
An IURC public field hearing in these cases was held November 5 at Kingsbury Elementary School (802 W. 400 S., LaPorte, Ind.).
