Elkhart Municipal Water

Elkhart Municipal Water is seeking changes to its rates and charges in IURC Cause No. 46010.

The city's testimony will include details of the request and is expected on June 18, 2024. The OUCC expects to file testimony on Sept. 24, 2024.

Written public comments are invited.

Elkhart's current municipal water rates were approved in 2007 (IURC Cause No. 43191).

Municipal sewer rates are not under IURC jurisdiction. They are approved by locally elected city and town councils.
