Eastern Bartholomew Water rate case

Eastern Bartholomew Water Corporation and the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) have reached a settlement agreement in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 43392.

An OUCC news release inviting written consumer comments in this case was issued on February 22.
