Citizens Gas Rate Case
Citizens Gas & Coke Utility is seeking an increase in its base distribution rates in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 43463.
The formal parties in this case - including Citizens Gas, the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC), and a group of the utility's industrial customers represented by counsel - have reached a settlement agreement and filed it with the IURC. A public field hearing in this case was held on June 2, 2008. The OUCC issued a May 22, 2008 news release announcing the hearing and inviting consumer comments in the case.
