Kingsford Heights Municipal Water Rate Case
The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor and the Town of Kingsford Heights have reached a settlement agreement in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 43502-U.

An OUCC news release inviting consumer comments was issued July 3. An IURC public field hearing and OUCC information meeting in this case were held in Kingsford Heights on September 23, 2008, as announced in the OUCC's September 15 news release.
Kingsford Heights is requesting the rate increase under the state's Small Utility Filing Procedure.
