Indiana Utilities Corporation rate case

The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) and Indiana Utilities Corporation - which provides natural gas service in Harrison and Floyd Counties - have reached a settlement agreement in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 43520.

The agreement and supporting testimony are available through the following links. Each document requires Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view. Some documents may require extra time to download depending on the user's Internet connection speed.

**The settlement agreement is attached to witness Mercer’s testimony and begins on page 14 of the PDF document.

An OUCC news release inviting written consumer comments was issued on October 1, 2008.
