The Public Employees' Retirement Fund is located in Indianapolis, Indiana at the southeast corner of North Capitol Avenue and West Market Street. The entrance is across from the State Capitol building, on Capitol Avenue. The actual address is 143 West Market Street.
Parking is available in a public parking garage just across Market Street, and in a garage located next to PERF on Capitol Avenue.
Retirement counseling is by appointment only, except in emergency situations. Please call (317) 233-4162 or 1-888-526-1687 (toll free) to schedule or check on an appointment. The reception area is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except on state holidays.
