Renewal Dates
Licensed practical nurse – expires 10/31/even numbered years
Registered nurse – expires 10/31/odd numbered years
Nurse midwife – expires 10/31/odd numbered years
Advanced practice nurse prescriptive authority – expires 10/31/odd numbered years
Controlled substance registration – expires 10/31/odd numbered years
*Please note that license renewals will not be available until 60 days prior to the expiration date on the license or certification.
*If you need to renew an expired license that has lapsed more than 3 years please contact the board of nursing for additional information.
