FULTON, MARSHALL and PULASKI COUNTIES, Ind. - The Indiana Department of Transportation announces various state roads will be closed in Fulton, Marshall and Pulaski counties July 15-29 during chip-seal road maintenance. The construction and closures will take place during daytime hours. Posted signs will detour traffic around the closures.
Depending on good weather, the following roads will be closed during construction:
- On July 16, State Road 14 (S.R. 14) will be closed between State Road 39 (S.R. 39) and U.S. 35. During the closure, traffic will be directed to take S.R. 39 north to State Road 10 (S.R. 10) east to U.S. 35 south and back to S.R. 14, or vice-versa.
- On July 17 and July 21, S.R. 14 will be closed between State Road 17 (S.R. 17) and State Road 25 (S.R. 25). During the closure, traffic will be directed to take S.R. 17 south to State Road 114 (S.R. 114) east to S.R. 25 north and back to S.R. 14, or vice-versa.
- On July 22-23, work will take place on State Road 110 (S.R. 110) between S.R. 17 and U.S. 31. This section of S.R. 110 is already closed to through traffic because of a bridge replacement project over Eddy Creek, 2.47 miles east of S.R. 17. During the closure, traffic is directed to take S.R. 17 north to S.R. 10 east to U.S. 31 south and back to S.R. 110, or vice-versa.
- On July 24, S.R.110 will be closed between U.S. 31 and S.R. 25. During the closure, traffic will be directed to take U.S. 31 north to S.R. 10 east to State Road 331 (S.R. 331) south to S.R. 25 south and back to S.R. 110, or vice-versa.
- On July 28-29, S.R. 25 will be closed between S.R. 14 and S.R. 110. During the closure, traffic will be directed to take S.R. 14 east to State Road 19 (S.R. 19) north to S.R. 110 west and back to S.R. 25, or vice-versa.
