Pendleton-Today at 2:40 p.m., Indiana State Trooper Andrew Sparks was dispatched to the Pendleton Correctional Facility to investigate a suspect accused of trafficking with an inmate.  Upon arrival he found that Tiffany J. Morgan, 22, Indianapolis, attempted to pass contraband to an offender during a visit.  Morgan is alleged to have attempted to pass 82 grams of marijuana, 82 grams of tobacco, and rolling papers to an offender.

Trooper Andrew Sparks took Morgan into custody and transported her to the Madison County Jail in Anderson where she was incarcerated. 

Arrested and Charged:

• Tiffany J. Morgan, 22, Indianapolis
• Trafficking a Controlled Substance-Class C Felony
• Possession of Marijuana in excess of 30 grams-Class D Felony
• Trafficking tobacco-Class A Misdemeanor
• Trafficking rolling papers-Class A Misdemeanor
