Rockport:  According to the Spencer County Coroner's Office the autopsy on the body that was located on CR 250N was completed this morning in Louisville KY.   Investigators now believe the body to be that of a white female approximately 40 years old 5'5" tall and approximately 115 pounds.  "There were some unique markings located on the body, that has given us some leads to follow into the identity of  the body, however we still have some work to do to make a positive identification," said Spencer County Coroner Barry Schulte.  Schulte went on to say, "Remember this is an ongoing death investigation and the coroner's office is not going to release any further information until we are 100% sure on the identification."

Detectives are actively following up on leads and information that has come to light since yesterday when the body was located.  "Fortunately we are getting some information, however as law enforcement professionals we have to verify that information before we can use it and release it," said Trooper Detective David Price.

Investigators believe they know the cause of death; however due to the sensitive nature of the investigation they are not releasing that information at this time.  The time of death is still unknown.
