STARKE COUNTY, Ind. - The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces State Road 39 (S.R. 39) between State Road 10 (S.R. 10) and State Road 8 (S.R. 8) will be restricted to one lane as directed by flag persons around a moving operation during daylight hours Aug. 31 through November 2009. This will allow crews to perform resurface construction.
