ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. - The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) Fort Wayne District announces that I-469 will experience one 15 minute traffic stoppage this Monday, August 31, between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. as a utility company installs cable over I-469, at 1500 feet west of S.R. 1 / Bluffton Road.
The Indiana State Police will be on site for traffic control, as well as utility crews on each side of the interstate and a crew to control traffic coming from S.R. 1 heading westbound on I-469. Motorists should take precaution in this area of construction and plan ahead for this brief traffic stoppage.
