Jasper County Community Service Center, 467 East Leopold Street, Rensselaer, Indiana
You are hereby notified that the Jasper County Commissioners and the Jasper County Council have petitioned the Commissioner of the Indiana Department of Environmental Management for an order establishing a Regional Water and Sewer District to be known as the Jasper County Regional Water and Sewer District (RWSD). The territory is to include the unincorporated areas of Jasper County, except for those areas actually receiving water and/or sewer service within Jasper County.
A public hearing will be held on October 27, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. (Central / local time), at the Jasper County Community Service Center, 467 East Leopold Street, Rensselaer, Indiana, to receive public comments on said Petition. Written comments will also be accepted for a period commencing immediately and ending on November 10, 2009 at the following address:
