The Indiana Division of Fish and Wildlife is planning to construct a new prefab boat launch ramp at the end of Blackman St., upstream from the old site in the City of Clinton. The Division of Fish and Wildlife wishes to solicit comments about any potential impacts to environmental, cultural, and historical resources.
