WHAT:       Renaming a portion of U.S. 33 in honor of the late State Sen. Marvin Riegsecker

WHY:          Tuesday's memorial dedication of U.S. 33 extending from the southern border of
                    Elkhart County to northern Noble County is in honor of the late State Sen. Marvin
                    Riegsecker. Riegsecker - a five-term Goshen lawmaker - died Sept. 30, 2008,
                    after a battle with cancer.
