The Northwest Indiana Regional Development Authority (RDA) is soliciting qualifications from firms interested in providing professional environmental services to support implementation of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfields Assessment Grant for a coalition consisting of the cities of East Chicago, Gary, and Hammond, Indiana. The RDA, on behalf of the Northwest Indiana Brownfield Coalition (NWIBC), is seeking to select environmental consultant services to assist in fulfilling the Cooperative Agreement and Work Plan obligations of the EPA Brownfield Assessment Grant.
