The Physical Fitness Assessment for this course is August 12, 2008.
Beginning with basic course 2007170 there were some changes in our curriculum.
CPR/AED must be obtained by the officer on his own and then show proof of completion before he will receive certification.
Breath Tests for Intoxication has been removed from our curriculum. Departments must contact the Department of Toxicology, after the officer graduates from the LETB basic course, to schedule a date and time for training.
Some of the new subjects that have been added is N.I.M.S. (Incident Management System Number 700); Human Trafficking; and Physical Training. This is just a few of the changes we will make in our curriculum.
